Pine Bluff, AR — A woman was killed in a car accident in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on Monday, August 25, 2014. The accident took place at the intersection of Blake Street and 13th Avenue, around 11:15 in the morning.
According to police, a Toyota Camry driven Anetra Wyatt and a Nissan Quest driven by Floyd Wooley both drove into the intersection and collided with one another. At this point, it’s unclear which vehicle had a green light.
First responders took Wooley’s wife, Alice, to Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was pronounced dead a short time later.
Floyd Wooley and Anetra Wyatt both sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were also taken to Jefferson. Police are currently investigating the accident.
