Sources reported that a car accident near train tracks in Park Ridge IL left two drivers injured. The accident happened on May 1 2012 at about 3:54 in the afternoon and involved two vehicles.

The two drivers allegedly collided sending one of the cars over the top of the other and ultimately landing on the nearby train tracks. The accident took place at the intersection of Cumberland Street and Cedar Street. The drivers were taken to local medical centers but were expected to survive.
